I've never been a firm believer of ghosts or anything of that sort but this is probably because I've never had a first-hand experience with anything like that. Sure, there's pictures, videos, whatever, but until I see one for myself I'll be a skeptic.

I'm in the same position. But, i did see SOMETHING once, someone standing at the bottom of my basement stairs, when i was home alone, was that someone a burglar that was just as scared of me as i was of them, or was it something supernatural, i shall never truly know as i had been drinking quite a bit that night and decided upon seeing the figure that it'd be a good idea to go back across the street to my friends party and continue drinking.

I've seen a Grim Reaper in my room one time. It scared the hell out of me and for the next 2-3 years I've lit the light in the room before moving closer than half a meter inside.

I've seen my radio trying to attack me and sell me a mattress, but that was a really bad shroom trip, not very comparable to your experience, but it has made not want my radio sit next to the bed where i sleep.

One night my wall was normal. The next night 'HELP ME' was carved into my wall, and it glows in the dark. Another night another part of my wall was normal. The next night 'DIE' was carved into my wall, and it glows in the dark. Both nights I noticed these, I was alone so no one could have possibly done it.

Well I got a creepy story to tell....

This all started when I was around 10 years old. I was at my cousin's house, their bedrooms were located on the third floor. I remember one night, it was around midnight. I couldn't go to sleep so i was tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. I remember turning to my right side facing the windows (nothing were sticker to the windows) and I saw this shadow of a person with long hair glided past the window (from left to right side) It didn't just WALK past the windows, it looked like it was on wheels and rolled past it. Since I was 10, I didn't had the guts to get up and open the window.

In the morning after, I finally opened the windows and looked outside. There was a building next to ours but it's over few feets away and it has no WINDOWS so that shadows can go through it. That kind of freak me out since it's 30 to 40 feets up, and it's midnight for something to glide past the windows like that.

So i was reading this chain letter that talked about a girl with no eyes long black hair, rotting tongue and rly scary voice that was violently raped to death and was saying that if i don't send it, she'll visit me and whisper in my ear "Where's the f***ing bathroom in this hole called house..?!:@".. I laughed at the start and deleted it...

so, I went to bed.. It was too cold that night and i was shaking.. suddenly i heard this noise under my bed.. I did nothing.. then i heard it again..! i remembered the chain letter and i was like: "wtf?! o.O" I looked under the bed, RLY cautiously, and i realised it was just my cat.. -.- just when i got up and got under the sheets i smell sth really discusting
i thought it was just my cat's poo, but when i turned over i saw her Eeeew gross ugly face and smelled her yucky breath! she said: "Now, you're sry, but it's too late..!" (it seems some1 edited the chain msg -.-)
i screamed so loud that i woke up my bro, who came running int he room! when he saw her, he violently raped her to death [again xP] and we buried the corpse of the corpse in our gardenk near the roses...
